All presentations prepared in Microsoft Power Point or Adobe Acrobat can be uploaded and viewed in “speaker’s ready room” ("Josephine" room, Korston). Private laptop computer can be connected in the lecture room, please ask organizers for assistance before session beginning.
Please use Microsoft Powerpoint 2003 compatible or PDF-Format for your presentation (operability of all other formats not guaranteed). Please use broadside format. Text and lettering must be large enough to be readable for those sitting in the back rows of the lecture room. You can ensure this by using font size 18 pt. for normal text, 14 pt. for legends and 12 pt. for lettering in text. Illustrations should be as great as possible and please do not forget to letter your illustrations sufficiently. Movies must be in a standard video code and exclusively saved in the same directory. If you have a coloured background, richness in contrast is particularly important. You can get a first impression of the readability of your document by looking at it from a distance that is seven times as long as the longer side of it.
